Francesca Poza
The work is always the fruit of a dual movement, advancing simultaneously outward and inward.
The action that shapes the work also corresponds to a modification of intimate space,
in such a way that the external and internal mutually reflect each other. From this uninterrupted dialogue, its hybrid nature is born.
The interaction is woven on a poetic border, exquisitely delicate and daring at once, with paper as material and thread as symbol.
A thread that is both epiphany and metaphor for fragility, which, when braided, becomes strong, transforming into a dense, resilient texture.
As also occurs with the word, the text.
The subtlety of the thread organizes time, the connection, the continuity, and the rhythm of the unreadable fragments of literature.
That thread of Ariadne that guides memory within the labyrinth that, sometimes, in the making and unmaking of the plot,
with fidelity to doubt and the anticipation of the unexpected, resurfaces.
Spinning, interlacing, wrapping, fitting the pieces together, in this cyclical movement the game of communication unfolds.
